INTRODUCTION


Our company choco amor has an economic agent who takes the decisions on the use of the factors of production for obtain the products and services that offer on the market. The activity consists of the transformation of intermediate products (commodities) and half-finished products) of final products by means of the employment of productive factors (basically our work and the capital).Our company it needs to adopt an organization and forms juridical that allows its to realize contracts, to catch financial resources, if it has not them, and to exercise its rights on the products that it produces.













JUSTIFICATION


Choco amor was created because the dark chocolate always will be on the market and in consume of the population in general. With this our are looking up that the costumers are consent with it they are going to buy and to consume in the due moment.
For the creation of it choco amor a previous study of market was done, including offer and demands also an analysis was done of how and with that objective it would be a question of entering to the market and which would be the principal competitors.
The capital to bearing in mind is of 20000000 $ million, which will be inverted in infrastructure, team of work, logistics and material necessary for the due adequacy and production of the product.






OBJECTIVE


Ø Our company choco amor it wants to devote both to the production and to the exportation. We have taken products as creative base of the company.

Ø The principal products are the following ones: Great variety of chocolates with diverse forms and different landfills.

Introducción

Nuestra empresa Choco Amor tiene un agente económico que toma las decisiones sobre la utilización de factores de la producción para obtener los bienes y servicios que se ofrecen en el mercado. La actividad consiste en la transformación de bienes intermedios (materias primas y productos semi-elaborados) en bienes finales mediante el empleo de factores productivos (básicamente trabajo y capital). Para poder desarrollar su actividad nuestra empresa necesita adoptar una organización y forma jurídica que le permita realizar contratos, captar recursos financieros, si no dispone de ellos, y ejercer sus derechos sobre los bienes que produce.















JUSTIFICACIÓN

Choco amor fue creado porque los chocolates siempre estarán en el mercado y en el consumo de la población en general. Con esto se busca que el cliente y el usuario estén conforme con lo que va a comprar y a consumir en el momento debido.
Para la creación de Choca Amor se hizo un estudio previo de mercado, incluyendo oferta y demanda, también se hizo un análisis de cómo y con que objetivos se trataría de entrar al mercado y cuales serían los principales competidores.
El capital a tener en cuenta es de $20000000 millones, los cuales serán invertidos en infraestructura, equipo de trabajo, logística y material necesario para la debida adecuación y elaboración del producto.












Objetivos


· Nuestra empresa Choco Amor quiere dedicarse tanto a la producción como a la exportación. Hemos tomado lo productos como base creativa de la empresa.
· La compañía aplica completamente el Sistema de Control de Calidad.
· Los productos principales son los siguientes:

· Satisfacer la necesidad del cliente desde el más grande hasta el más pequeño.

La empresa Choco Amor es una entidad encargada de satisfacer las necesidades del cliente con productos de excelente calidad que cumplan con las normas técnicas y de alimentos.

En choco amor a pasado de una motivación, pasando por la situacional y psicológico y teniendo un buen estudio de mercado y al analizar este mercado se ha dado cuenta que podemos competir con otras empresas y ha tener un ente económico excelente y poder nacer en el mercado y ha posicionarnos en el.

En la supervivencia mostrar cada día que nuestra empresa se expanda y tenga ente económico excelente, poder tener manejo de los recursos para ayudar a las personas que lo necesitan y sostener en el mercado por medio de un equilibrio.

En el crecimiento de choco amor he propuesto tener varias sedes en el país y tener los propios vehículos, los cuales sean de mucho ayuda para la empresa y mejorar la tecnología para sobresalir con el producto y crear empleo con gente capacitada todos los días para trabajar allí .
